I had an issue with the intake runners that turned on my check engine light and the remote start would do exactly as you say. It would start, but only run for about 10 seconds and then shut off. I fixed my intake runner issue and the remote start functions normally.

Also, after a few unsuccessful remote sart attempts, you need to start manually start your Jeep to reset the system. 2015 Billet Silver. Ive never had an issue with any codes or my remote start working and I have never gone over 1 click. If its taking more than 1 click to be "tight", or at least tight enough so the jeep doesnt throw a code for the gas cap, I would press the dealer for a new gas cap.
