Tighten bolts (1) to 28 Nm (250 in. lbs.). 3.Install the radiator upper hose to thermostat housing (2). 4.Connect throttle body electrical connector (3). 5.Refill the cooling system to the proper level. WebNov 26, 2024 · The upper radiator hose clamp (3.6L) is not gripping as tightly as it should at the t-stat housing and allowing a drip at that connection. It drips down onto the water pump pullet and then is slung all around. It seems to be also getting onto my belt and causing a gnarly squeal when cold.

WebMay 15, 2024 · Today I went to do a coolant flush in my Jeep but when I went to unbolt the thermostat housing to remove the thermostat the bottom 8mm bolt broke off inside its hole in the front of the engine. None of the bolt is sticking out so there is no chance of using a an EZ Out socket or vice grips.
WebDec 9, 2024 · My 2024 Wrangler High altitude Sahara’s fan is constantly turning on. I will drive it for 10 minutes and the fan will kick on, literally sounds like a jet. I live in Michigan and this also happens in the winter. The top of the radiator should be hot if your engine temp is that hot. The transmission would tend to indicate that the sensor is not the culprit. kathedrale cefalu
