The sigil of Accuracy gives you 7% crit and Signet of Fire gives you another 8% to 9% crit chance. These two are mandatory for Celestial staff dmg. WebElementalist is a prime example. Weaver is a far better deuling spec, with much more evades, and utility than core ele. Tempest has much higher aoe damage and support (Aura/heal tempest). WebAs far as general core classes go: Power core engineer does around 35k dps which is respectable (more than power mech). Core warrior is viable as both a dps and quickness provider. Condi core ranger should be ~30k dps and has the option to run alacrity. Core rev should also be close to 30k. WebImo elementalist is the class where celestial fit the most. With elementalist runes which are the meta for the condi build but i think celestial lean on more towards the condi side since you can easily cap durations. And trait lines if you are talking about core ele would be fire/eart/arcane or on tempest/weaver just fire/earth
