WebPlayland Village is a small neighborhood just west of the turnpike, composed almost entirely of apartment buildings and small homes. With Nova Southeastern University and its affiliated elementary, middle, and high schools within walking distance of Playland Village, it’s a great location for college students or families with school-age children.
