WebES is pretty great for thee most part, if you want a better weather system to use with it, grab ActiveSkyXP. Both of these together are probably cheaper than xenviro as well so that's another bonus. Mind you, XP12 will have volumetric clouds when it eventually releases which will probably make ES redundant but it's 15 bucks for a temporary ...
WebES is only $15, so up to you if you feel that's worth it or not. It looks great and really shines with ActiveSky. They really need to make it VR compatible. I would not anticipate weather enhancements being usable from the onset of XP12's release, they are entirely rebuilding the weather engine.
