Webyes but with much different context. there are two gameplay reasons for ship interiors. the first and most basic which is the most valuable at launch is to basically be a fancy hallway between your chair and the outside of your ship. the second would be if they add actual gameplay or feature to ship interiors. WebKey Feature overhaul alludes to revisiting and updating already existing features. That limits it to Powerplay, Multicrew, Squadrons, Engineering, CQC, and VR. Maybe I'm missing some but the most likely seems to be Engineering as they've previously brought up revisiting it and taking community feedback on the forums.

Odyssey will give us the ability to walk around outside of the ship and in stations, but leaving the ship kind of unceremoniously plops you on the ground after a dip to black.
