WebUnrelenting is actually one of the only glaive perks that does work with the melee. It's pretty nice paired with Enhanced Impulse Amplifier on The Enigma. I kinda wish Lubrae's Ruin rolled Impulse Amplifier though. Honestly the base glaive projectile speed is so slow that the projectile feels useless without Impulse Amplifier to me.
