WebDec 23, 2024 · Ok, I'm taking a few measures to prevent this from happening in the future. Purchased a wiring harness from Mike's Power Wire for the CM2350 ECMs which has a ROM BOOT switch on it, which will hopefully be able to kick the ECM into boot so even if this does happen again, and I am going to flash this ECM through Insite instead of Calterm. WebInstall the calibration cable with ROM boot switch. With the power switch (2) in the OFF position, press the ROM boot switch (1), located on the ECM specific calibration adapter harness, and hold. Move the power switch to the ON position while holding the ROM boot switch down. Wait for 5 seconds. Release the ROM boot switch. Calibrate the ECM.
